FIND YOUR MORNING ROUTINE
I have a morning routine and it sets the tone for the day. I enjoy being productive and getting my day started early so that I am not wasting any part of it. Taking my furbaby out is the first thing I do each morning. I then begin my coffee so that it can be made while I brush my teeth, make my bed and take my vitamins. Knocking those things out first thing, I have already begun my day successfully.
I enjoy my quiet time of sipping my coffee and reading the news or the book I am currently on. Aside from posting a “morning motivator” online, I make it a point to avoid social media. I make it a personal choice to avoid it within the first few hours of my day, or during any point of the day to be honest.
What comes next depends on what else I have to do the rest of that particular day. It can vary from getting my workout in, making a client’s training plan, running errands, or whatever else is in store for the day. I just know that my day will flow easier and smoother if I begin getting myself ready to take on the day.
