Kick off the 2025 training season with me!
This isn’t going to be your typical Google search training plan to just print out and stick on your fridge. This is THE training plan you have been wishing you have always had!
Each week we will have a daily workout as we prepare for our spring races. One day each week will be set aside for rest or to use as a make-up day if we need to alter / adapt our training in any way.
Our bodies and minds are not geared to enjoy repetition and neither will our training. We will have days of running, days of cross-training as well as days of strength training. Your strength training days will be important as they will make you a stronger and faster runner. I will include a page of strength training workouts for you to choose from. It will have a mixture of “at home” using basic equipment such as dumbbells and mats as well as workouts that are meant to be done in a gym setting.
I will also be available for accountability, questions, updates and even check-ins. This is to help ease any anxiety, questions about form/shoes/apparel, or just if you need someone to chat with. I can and will be your Hype Girl to ensure you get to your Finish Line.
