December Challenge

This Challenge is always popular, so I am bringing it back!

Working out and being active helps to keep the stress levels down. The December Challenge will be perfect to help prepare one mentally and physically for the holiday season.

Each day will be a different type of workout that can be competed in 20-30 minutes. While one day may be cardio, the next day may just focus on core with even strength the next day. Each workout will be able to be completed in the comfort of your own home without needing any workout equipment or a gym.

Strength, Core & the Basics for Runners

Spend the month of November with me as we focus on our bodies to become better, faster & stronger runners!

As runners, it’s easy to fall into the same routine of just logging miles or even wanting to become faster. This can lead to injury as well as a longer post-run recovery as we are not doing anything to help our muscles in becoming stronger. Instead, we are becoming sore, fatigued and even injured.

Let’s get ready for a month of going back to the basics of our bodies with strength, core, and focusing on our bodies as we run.

All you need are dumbbells, a yoga mat, running shoes, and a positive attitude!
