One Week of Training
This is PERFECT for those wanting to “test out” the waters on hiring an online personal trainer, if you are unable to commit to your regular routine, or if you are just wanting to try something different for a change.
I will work with you to develop five workouts that meet your needs and goals to complete during the week. Workouts will be any combination of strength, core and / or cardio.
If after the week you feel as if you DO want to continue with having me as your personal trainer, your one week will be credited to the price for the remainder of the month.
One week training works for all programs I am offering.
