Equestrian Bootcamp
Begin your 2025 show season strong & confident!
Take the winter / off-season to prepare your body to become the best rider you can be for you and your horse!
Each week we will have daily workouts as we prepare for the 2025 show season. One day each week will be set aside for rest or to use as a make-up day if we need to alter / adapt our training in any way.
We all know that it is not “just sitting on a horse and they just go”. We need to be strong, confident and balanced for anything & everything while we are in the saddle as well as on the ground. The bootcamp will include strength training workouts for you to choose from. It will have a mixture of “at home” using basic equipment such as dumbbells and mats as well as workouts that are meant to be done in a gym setting. I will also include cardio workouts that will improve endurance and our breathing.

I will also be available for accountability, questions, updates and even check-ins.
