Where There’s a Will, There’s a Way

When speaking to a potential client, the biggest “reason” they have as far as an online personal trainer is they make the comment of needing to meet with a trainer in-person. Their reason is essentially an excuse. I have a couple of in-person clients as well. There have been times where they have not been able to show up or they are allowing a few remaining sessions to linger on their account. What is causing one to decide they are unable to work out either on their own or with someone?

As much as they would like to blame another person or come up with another excuse, they are placing a blanket over the pure fact in which they do not want to begin the process. Maybe they’re scared. Maybe they have intimidation in the gym setting. Maybe they became injured before so they are afraid of becoming re-injured. Maybe they’ve had someone tell them not to. Maybe they didn’t think they’d be able to.

But, what if they actually thought about what they wanted to do and where they wanted to be? If one truly wants to do something or to be somewhere, they will put that plan into action. They wouldn’t care what others thought or listen to those telling them they can’t do it or shouldn’t do it. If they want to lose weight or hit a new fitness goal, it wouldn’t matter if they have an online trainer or an in-person trainer, they will show up for themselves.

All it takes is to believe in yourself and your goals to lead you to where you want to be.
